How Palpitômetro Works

The first step is to create a free account. You can sign up using your email and a password or sign in directly with your Google account. The process takes less than 30 seconds. After registering, you will receive a verification email to confirm your account.

With the account created, you will have immediate access to all features: predictions, general standings, creating leagues, and more. There are no paid plans or locked features — everything is free for everyone.

In the Predict section, you will find the match list organized by matchday and date. For each game, simply enter the score you believe will be the final result (including goals for both teams). You can predict all 104 matches of the World Cup 2026.

Prediction deadline: You can send or edit your predictions at any time until the official match kickoff. Once the starting whistle blows, predictions for that game are automatically locked. This ensures no one can alter predictions after seeing the match start.

Important tip: Do not leave your predictions for the last minute! Make them in advance and review them as news and lineups are announced. You can change them as many times as you want before kickoff.

Palpitômetro uses a progressive points system that rewards accuracy:

Leagues are the heart of Palpitômetro. You can create private leagues to compete with your specific group of friends, family, or coworkers. Each league features:

• Custom name: Choose a creative name for your league.
• Invite code: A unique code you share with those you want to invite.
• Private standings: Separate rankings only among the league members.
• Administrator: The league creator can manage the participants.

You can participate in multiple leagues simultaneously. Your predictions are the same across all leagues — only the ranking is calculated separately for each group. For example, you can be in first place in the family league and fifth in the office league.

Standings are updated automatically in real-time after each match. You can track your position in the general standings (among all users of the platform) and in the specific leagues you joined.

The ranking is based on the total sum of points accumulated throughout the World Cup. In case of tie, the tiebreakers are: number of exact scores, number of correct outcomes, and registration date on the platform (earlier sign-ups have the advantage).

During matches, Palpitômetro updates results and scores automatically. You don't have to do anything. Once a match ends and the score is confirmed, your points are calculated instantly and the standings are updated.

Notifications are also available to keep you informed about prediction deadlines, match results, and ranking updates in your leagues.

Is Palpitômetro free?

Yes, 100% free. There are no paid features.

Is it a betting site?

No! Palpitômetro is a recreational entertainment platform. There is no involvement of real money, financial betting, or cash prizes. The goal is purely fun and healthy competition among friends.

Can I join more than one league?

Yes, you can join as many leagues as you want. Your predictions are shared across all of them.

Can I change a prediction after submitting it?
